Linda – Here are the directions (for XP, so there may be a couple minor differences) to allow us to see our e-mail. Go to our ‘Inbox’ and select Tools then select E-mail Accounts from the drop down menu. Here’s where it gets tricky… You should have another window come up with our e-mail account. You should be able to click on Properties, which will give another window. At this point you should have a tab allowing you to see Advanced, and down below there should be a box to check under Delivery that says “Leave a copy of messages on the server” That should do it. Thanks!!!
